ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:
Rendezvous' 100 luxury rooms and suites are air-conditioned and furnished in Caribbean style natural rattan with solid maple 4 poster king size beds, direct dial telephones, clock radios, 110 & 220 volt outlets, marble floors (except in the beach cottages), private bath with tub and shower, hair-dryers and razor points, tea/coffee facilities, in-room safes, iron and ironing board. All rooms face the sea as well as the lush tropical gardens and have a balcony or terrace. Rooms vary in view and size providing a wide selection to suit your personal preferences.

VERANDAH
SUITES (24), These are spacious rooms with sitting areas and large
verandahs located in a two-story building facing the lush tropical gardens.
The detailed highlights of the rooms are of traditional Caribbean styling
with hand carved rosettes. The mahogany 4 poster bed has a mosquito net and
fluffy down cushion. The sitting area has an over- stuffed loveseat with
ottoman. The mini bar is equipped with a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker,
amenities and a CD player and clock radio. Ceiling fans circle slowly below
painted wood ceilings. Suites on the top floor have cathedral ceilings. The
bathrooms are finished with Spanish marble, frameless glass shower doors and
body showers. The rooms open onto large 12-foot deep verandahs that are
decorated with two steamer chairs with integral footstools and a teak coffee
table and chairs. -
OCEANFRONT COTTAGES (8), Semi-detached Caribbean Cottages with gingerbread fretwork located on the beachfront. All at beach level with a raised patio that is tiled with balustrade and furnished with comfortable steamer chairs, a teak coffee table and chairs. The bedrooms have hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans. The over- sized, maple, 4-poster bed looks on the Caribbean Sea through fixed casement windows and door. The furniture is rattan with driftwood finish comprising a chaise lounge, loveseat, bedside tables and dresser all from the Laura Ashley collection.

LUXURY
OCEANFRONT ROOMS (21), A 3-story traditional Caribbean Style building
located on the beachfront. Rooms are decorated in bright Caribbean colors
and contain large bathrooms with a glass block wall, marble vanity unit,
large wicker peacock chair and etagere. The bedroom furniture is made from
hardwood with hand carved details including a large six-drawer dresser, a
desk and Durban side chair, loveseat, and ottoman. The beds are mahogany 4-
poster with mosquito nets and the balconies contain sitting hammocks. -
SEASIDE SUITES (8), All at Terrace Level overlooking the seaside pool, the Caribbean sea or the tropical gardens. Rooms feature a sitting area, bathrooms with a double vanity unit and dressing table and a private terrace.

LUXURY OCEAN FRONT SUITES (3), Located in the same building as the oceanfront rooms, these units are larger with a split- level bedroom/sitting area tiled in pink Spanish marble. The suite contains a bathroom with double marble vanity unit, marble floor, Jacuzzi bathtub, large wicker peacock chair, etagere, cigarette table and make up mirror. The furniture is similar to that of the oceanfront room but with the addition of a sofa table, sculptures, a large serving table featuring a refrigerator, coffee maker and amenities. On the balcony or terrace is a sitting hammock overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
RESTAURANTS & BAR
The Terrace restaurant is set on the water's edge, the perfect vantage point from which to enjoy dining. Eat as little or as much as you want - it is all there in great abundance, with lots of variety to suit every palate.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet style on the terrace. One evening a week, there is a Beach barbecue. The theme of the lunch and dinner buffet changes daily and there are many local dishes incorporated into the menus to provide you a sampling of typical St. Lucian cuisine.
The air conditioned fine dining room - The Trysting Place - is open for
dinner six nights a week, with a fabulous a la carte menu. Good bottled wines
are served, with a wine list available for those special nights when you
might wish to select a favorite bottle of wine to complement your meal. Specialized
foods are also available on request for vegetarian, vegan, low
cholesterol and low salt diets. Simply advise our restaurant manager on the day
you arrive and our team of chefs will work to pamper your pallet. Dress code in
the Terrace Bar Restaurant dining room is relaxed. During the day, guests are
asked to wear shoes and cover-ups over swim wear. Dinner, on the Terrace is also
relaxed. We ask guests dining in the Trysting Place to dress "elegantly
casually" - long trousers and shirts with collars for the gentlemen,
please.

Guests of Rendezvous may dine at BodyHoliday at LeSPORT, a luxury resort with a focus on relaxation and well-being, also owned and managed by SunSwept Resorts. BodyHoliday at LeSPORT offers dining in the an open-air restaurant by the sea, with an a la carte menu and wines included, or a supplementary list is also available, as well as Tao - their specialty restaurant serving Pacific Rim style cuisine. BARS
Beach service is available daily to ensure total relaxation. Along
with an abundant supply of beach chairs, flags are issued to guests wishing to
sun near the sea. Simply plant your flag in the sand when you are ready for your
next beverage! Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Swim-up Bar Float up to the bar and order you favorite cocktail at the
free-form swimming pool. Open: 9:00 a.m. - Sunset.
Terrace Bar Offering full bar service daily as well as board games
& table tennis. It is also the site of the evening show six nights a week
and dancing until 12:00 midnight. Hours: 12:00 noon - 12:00 a.m.
Piano Bar Lively entertainment in the style of a pianist and sing-alongs
are the nightly routine in this cozy bar which does not close until the last
couple strolls into the Caribbean night (or early morning) air. Hours: 9:00 p.m.
- Last couple leaves. And always, we serve premium brands as well as local
varieties, for you to sample.
ENTERTAINMENT
PIANO BAR As the name implies, our pianist indulges guests with
melodies on the baby grand piano nightly - you can sing along or simply spectate!
TERRACE BAR The nightly show provides a wide variety of entertainment six
nights a week. Limbo, fire eaters, popular St. Lucian vocalists and a
staff show. Dancing to recorded music follows the show until 12:00 midnight
MANAGER'S COCKTAIL PARTY Each Wednesday evening, guests of the resort are
invited by the General Manager and his senior staff to attend a cocktail party
by the seaside pool.
